Overthink AI ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data We Collect

• Text Input: The text you submit for analysis is sent to our servers for AI processing. We do not permanently store your submitted text or AI responses on our servers.
• Usage Data: We track basic usage counts (analyses per day) stored locally on your device.
• Purchase Data: Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Your text input is processed by OpenAI's API to generate analysis. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Apple: In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.

Data Storage

Analysis history (if enabled) is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your locally stored data.

Your Rights

Since we don't store your personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to delete. You can clear local app data by uninstalling the app.
